You’ll make a difference by:
- Being responsible for reproducing, fixing Customer Problem Statements on SIMATIC DCS systems. (PCS 7 & PCS neo)
- Handling issues and support on SIMATIC DCS systems (PCS 7 & PCS neo)
- Additionally, Responsible for the proper operation and application of all indicative and related analytical software, writing bug reports and verifying them after fixes.
- Developing lab-based testing setups to replicate and resolve distinct customer problems, which involves configuration of the products under test.
- Interacting with Business Partners and Customers for technical clarifications.
- Conducting training sessions for our products as needed and preparing technical content for trainings, Online Workshops, Virtual Class-room trainings.
- Professional who has worked on PCS7 & PCS neo, Redundant PLCs / Failsafe configurations, SCADA HMI (in-depth knowledge)
- Being Electrical Engineering graduate, Electronics & Communications or Instrumentation Engineering with 3 to 6 years of total Extensive experience in industrial automation.
- An individual who has hands on working exp on continuous and sequential control logics, field devices.
