Position: Front Office and Telecalling Executive
Location: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service/healthcare
Type: Full-time

Eldercare centre and integrative medicine clinic seeking a compassionate professional for front desk operations and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office

Welcome and assist patients and their families
Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration
Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Coordinate with medical staff and caregivers
Manage visitor protocols and facility access

Telecalling

Make follow-up calls to patients and families
Schedule appointments and confirm visits
Conduct satisfaction surveys and feedback collection
Handle inquiries about services and facilities
Coordinate with families for care updates
Maintain call logs and patient communication records

Requirements

12th/Graduate with good communication skills
1-2 years experience in customer service or healthcare
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge
Patient and empathetic approach with elderly patients
Professional phone etiquette

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
Compassionate approach with seniors and families
Multi-tasking and time management
Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
