Position: Accounts and HR Executive
Location: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 years in accounts/finance

Eldercare centre and integrative medicine clinic seeking a dedicated professional to manage financial operations and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
Maintain financial records and daily transactions
Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly financial reports
Manage GST compliance and tax documentation
Process insurance claims and vendor payments
Coordinate with auditors and chartered accountants
HR & Administration
Handle recruitment, employee records, and payroll processing
Manage PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
Coordinate staff onboarding and training programs
Maintain patient registration and confidentiality protocols
Handle vendor management and facility compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
2-3 years accounts experience
Proficiency in Tally/accounting software
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and HR processes
Advanced Excel skills
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Multi-tasking in healthcare environment
Empathetic approach with elderly patients
